Public prelaunch policiesThese policies govern the public prelaunch website and may be revised before the app is released as the production account, payment, analytics, and support systems are finalized.
01Privacy Policy
NurseApt is a product of NurtureTech Digital Labs LLC. We intend to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the platform.
Information you may provide
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and sign-in credentials.
- Support communications, feedback, and information you choose to include in a message.
- Purchase, subscription, access, and transaction-status information needed to verify premium access. Complete payment-card details are processed by Apple, Google, or the applicable payment provider and are not stored directly by NurseApt.
- Learning activity and technical information needed for progress tracking, reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
How information may be used
We may use information to operate the service, maintain accounts, provide support, process access to purchases, remember learning progress, prevent misuse, diagnose technical issues, and improve educational content and product performance.
Service providers and disclosures
NurseApt may use service providers that support authentication, cloud data storage, purchase validation, subscription access, app-store billing, security, and customer support. These include Firebase and Google Cloud, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play as applicable to the platform and feature being used. We do not sell or rent personal information or disclose it for third-party advertising. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Personal information is retained only as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, support users, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A verified account-deletion request is intended to delete the account and associated personal app data, including the account profile, authentication record, saved progress, performance history, bookmarks, and account-linked learning preferences.
Limited information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. App-store transaction records controlled by Apple or Google remain subject to those platforms' own retention practices. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies a user may also be retained.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your personal information or request account-related assistance. You may also use our Account & Data Deletion page to prepare a request without reinstalling or reopening the app. The deletion page explains the request process, the categories intended for deletion, and the limited categories that may need to be retained.
Please do not send passwords, complete payment details, or sensitive personal health information through the contact form or support email.
02Terms of Use
By accessing NurseApt, you agree to use it lawfully and for personal educational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, distribute, or use platform content to build another question bank, model, product, or service without written permission.
Accounts and subscriptions are intended for the registered user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Product features, question counts, pricing, availability, and roadmap dates may change as the platform evolves.
Purchase options and renewal
- 3-Day Pass — $2.99: a one-time purchase that provides exactly 72 hours of premium access beginning from the verified purchase timestamp. It does not renew automatically and access expires when the 72-hour period ends.
- Monthly — $7.99 per month: an automatically renewing subscription that continues until cancelled.
- Annual — $39.99 per year: an automatically renewing subscription that continues until cancelled.
Prices shown are planned United States launch prices. Taxes, currency, availability, and final store pricing may vary by country and platform. The applicable store presents the final price and purchase terms before confirmation.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly and Annual subscriptions must be cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals when completed before the next billing date; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been completed. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period unless the applicable store determines otherwise.
Refund eligibility is determined under the rules of the store that processed the purchase and applicable law. Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases. Google Play handles Google Play refund requests or routes eligible cases to the developer. NurseApt can help identify the correct purchase channel but cannot directly approve or issue a refund controlled solely by an app store. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting a NurseApt account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To prevent future renewal, cancel the subscription separately through the store account used for purchase before deleting the NurseApt account.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platform security, intellectual property, or the integrity of the service. Questions about billing access or the appropriate store process may be sent to support@nurseapt.com. Please allow 24–72 hours for an email response.
